Apprenticeship training is a key career pathway in development of the state’s work force. Ohio School-to-Apprenticeship Coordinators believe a highly skilled and trained work force is essential to the economy of the state, and view apprenticeship as training driven by industry, encompassing “on the job training” and continuing formal technical education.
